Dial “*#*#3646633#*#*”, then enter engineer mode, go “audio” “normal mode”, then you can adjust the volume as you want.
2. Blank Screen when during a call
I. for X401 and X506
1). Turn off the phone
2). Press & hold power & volume down button, then enter Factory mode
3). Go PS Calibration
4). Clear Calibration
5). Do Calibration, meanwhile keep your palm 3 cm away from the sensor (near front camera) for about 5 seconds
6). If it suggest ok, reboot the phone.

Setting --> Display --> select Als_ps calibration --> cover the two black points between front camera and speaker with finger (the distance between finger and the points should be about 5mm-15mm) -->select calibrate (keep covering the two black points) --> the blue circle become green --> OK
3. Web & MMS Settings (3G Network) for Du United Arab Emirates
These are the settings to enable to use Data, MMS and WAP services on a mobile phone on the Du's mobile network in United Arab Emirates.
1). make sure there is still balance left in your phone No. account.
2). Put in your SIM card and turn on the phone
3). Go Settings – wireless & networks – more – mobile networks – access point names
4). If there is APN setting available, for example, du, click to enter; If there is no existing APN setting, press menu button to create New APN.

The power plan for the Xtouch is a balance between optimal performance and a long battery life. If you want the device to run longer between charges,

7. How do I clean the display screen?
To clean the display screen, wipe it with a soft cloth (like the one supplied). Do not spray cleaners, pour any liquid, or wipe any abrasive cleaner on the screen or any surface of the device. Do not use tissues or paper towels to clean the plastic screen, since they contain wood fibers that may scratch the surface.

Currently only X716 tablet support SIM card calls and connect to internet by wifi and 3G. Other tablets only support wifi and external 3G modern.

19. How to connect to 3G internet
1). Turn on the tab
2). Put 3G SIM card in the slot of a 3G modern; make sure the SIM card is activated for internet service
3). Connect the modern to the tab with an OTG cable
4). Wait and check the signal in the task bar of the tab and the light in the modern.
20. Unable to play from YouTube
Make sure you connect the device with internet.
The tablet can play video on YouTube; it may take a long time to load some video due to the poor connection, but it still play some video. You can try other videos on YouTube.
Data transfer speed and communications range may vary depending on the following conditions:

21. Supported file format?
Tablet and smart phone work with files of common format. If it doesn't support some format, you may install some specific apps to open them.
If it doesn't open at all, it needs restoring the system.
22. My device has less internal memory capacity available than advertised.
We are often asked why a brand new device doesn't have the full capacity available for storage.
The first thing to note is that any device with internal SD memory like a smartphone (and all manner of items such as computers, external hard drives, etc) will always have slightly less space available for the user to access as storage of files than the capacity advertised.
This is because some of the space is used for the Operating System (OS) and the pre-installed and native applications. Continuing the example, if you were to analyze a brand new computer with a 320GB hard drive, you would see that some of the space has been already taken up and no matter how much you delete, you can never free that space up unless you were to format all partitions (different sections arranged so to keep areas of different purposes distinct), and then the computer wouldn't boot as there is no programming left to direct the hardware.
In relation to mobile phones, the more sophisticated devices generally have their memory classified as RAM or ROM and noted accordingly on their specifications.
This means that your advertised 16GB will be broken up into distinct partitions, generally one for the essentials and the content that comes on the phone and another that you can store your own content on. In most cases the ROM allocated towards the OS and native apps is about 10-20% of the total capacity, so you might have say only 14 of the 16GB available for your apps, music, photo's and files. However there are variations in the ways that manufacturers configure this element of a device and income instances they may partition the Internal Memory 50/50 between the OS and the user, so you might only have 8GB for file storage and the other 8GB for the OS and your apps (both pre-installed and user-added), etc. Beware that these memory configurations vary per device so there may be a significant difference in the amount of space available for your files in 2 devices of the same memory capacity.
If you find that your current Internal Memory isn't enough, you can extend this with a mobile memory card, but if you are running out of ROM or RAM you need to lose some apps.
23. What’s more android system makes the internal memory look even lesser.
Take smartphone of 4 GB internal memory for example, which states only 503 MB + 2 GB in total. You can enter factory mode by press and hold volume down button and power button. Factory mode – item test – eMMC, it states “Total Size (Raw): 3.64 GB”
For tablets, there is one charger, one USB cable, and one OTG cable.

31. Why doesn’t my Xtouch device have a validation code?
Validation program begins with our new shipment starting from 10th July, 2012. Devices shipped before are not attached with validation code.
The validation code tap is on the outside of the box. If you can't find it, then there's no tap with your device.
32. How to connect with RJ45?
All the tablets are supporting External RJ45.
First of all you need to buy the extra RJ45 adater which is not including in the box.
And then connecting RJ45 net line, RJ45 adater and the device together.
Usually it will connect to the LAN Ethernet Network automatically,
if it's not working, please go to Setting --> More --> Ethernet to do the setting.

35. The Solution for Pulling Out SIM CARD Problem
When the Micro-SIM card is out, but the SIM case is still inside.
For example, click the second one, choose select. Then when you go back the the navigation map, you will find the language turn to English.
34. Troubleshoot for Play Store Download Error
Click "broswer" in your device and go to http://www.xtouch.ae/plus/view.php?aid=719 to download 1Mobile Market.
And use this one to instand of Play Store.
Insert the micro-sim card again.
Press the edge of the SIM slot with your finger, and try to pull out.
Before inserting the SIM card, you can make a DIY to prevent that happen again.
Clip the electrical tape as big as the SIM slot, and stick it in front of the slot.
After that, it won’t be easy to stuck inside.
